Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return your unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with the hangtag still attached.

To initiate a return, please submit a Return Request through our Returns Center and follow the return instructions provided by email.

If your order is not available for creating a return request, please contact support@coteetciel.com.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your order. You may choose your preferred carrier, although we recommend using a trackable service such as DHL or UPS.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned product does not meet our return policy requirements.

Once your returned product has arrived at our warehouse and has been assessed, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 14 working days for this process from the date your returned product is received at our warehouse.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different size / model / material, please make a return (as instructed above) and place a new order.

 

Non-returnable items

Sale items are non-returnable.
